Is there an age restriction for Slightly Stoopid?

There is no age restriction for entry to either:

  • Red Rocks Amphitheatre
  • Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre

For Travel Packages, the lead purchaser must be 21 years of age or older to check in to the hotel and must present valid photo identification at check-in.

How do I place my order?

All packages must be purchased online. The platform used depends on the package type:

  • Red Rocks VIP (no hotel) → Sold via AXS
  • Red Rocks 1-Night Travel Packages → Sold via Ticketstoday
  • All new 2-Night Travel Packages → Sold via Tixr

Please confirm you are purchasing through the correct platform before completing checkout.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes. Ticket limits vary by package type and ticketing platform. Please refer to the purchase page for your selected package for specific limits.

How can I request accessibility accommodations?

If you require ADA accommodations for your hotel stay or show experience at either Red Rocks or Fiddler’s Green, please contact us HERE with:

Requests are processed in the order received and are subject to venue availability.

How will I receive my concert tickets?

Ticket delivery is determined by the platform used at purchase:

  • Red Rocks VIP purchases are with AXS
  • One-Night Extension purchases are with Tickets Today
  • Two-Night Travel Package purchases are with Tixr

You will receive instructions directly from the applicable platform prior to the event. Please use the same email address used at purchase.

How will I receive my VIP or Travel Package merchandise?

All package merchandise will be distributed at 100x check-in upon arrival. Items must be picked up on-site as we cannot ship merchandise.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for merchandise. Guests are responsible for keeping items with them or at their seats. 100x is not liable for misplaced merchandise.

When will I receive information about 100x check-in?

Final check-in instructions, including shuttle schedules (if applicable), will be emailed 5–7 days prior to the event. If attending multiple shows, your email will include details for both nights where relevant.

I purchased a package as a gift. How can the recipient redeem it?

If you’d like to gift your travel package, please submit your request to 100x via email by Friday, July 17th, 2026. The request must come from the email address used to purchase the package.

To update the will call name, reach out to us HERE and include:

Purchaser name and email

Order number and package type

New ticket holder’s full name, email, and phone number

Once confirmed, the recipient will be able to check in to the hotel, pick up merchandise, and access event tickets.

 

Important:

If concert tickets were delivered to your ticketing account, you are responsible for transferring them to the new guest. Visit the ticketing provider’s site for transfer instructions.

Travel packages must be paid in full before being transferred.

Travel package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, merch, transportation and show tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.

What if my plans change?

All 100x packages are non-refundable. Payment plans, cancellations, and processing policies are governed by the platform used at purchase. Please refer to our Purchase Policy before completing your order.

OUR VIP PACKAGES

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket with my VIP experience?

This applies to Red Rocks VIP packages only. Available seating options will be displayed during checkout. Fiddler’s Green tickets included in Travel Packages are GA Pit only.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) tickets allow entry without assigned seating. Early entry benefits (where applicable) may provide priority access into the venue.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

Premium Reserved tickets are assigned seats. Your specific seat location will be displayed prior to completing checkout.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

No. Platinum tickets do not include VIP amenities.

Is parking included?

Parking is not included in any package. Please refer to the individual venue websites for updated parking policies.

Is there a bag policy?

Bag policies vary by venue. Please review official policies for Red Rocks and Fiddler’s Green prior to arrival.

What is included in the 2-Night Travel Packages?

All 2-Night Travel Packages include:

  • 2-night hotel stay (Friday–Sunday)
  • GA Pit tickets for Friday at Fiddler’s Green
  • Red Rocks tickets on Saturday (ticket type based on selection)
  • Two exclusive Travel Package merchandise gifts
  • Daily roundtrip shuttle transportation for each registered guest

What Red Rocks ticket types are offered in the 2-Night Packages?

Options include:

  • Backstage Tour Experience (Premium Reserved seating included)
  • Stoopidheads VIP (General Admission ticket)
  • Premium Reserved (Travel Package merchandise only)

What ticket type is included for Fiddler’s Green?

All 2-Night Travel Packages include GA Pit tickets for Friday night.

What is the One-Night Extension Package?

This add-on allows current Red Rocks Travel Package purchasers to attend the Friday Fiddler’s Green show. It is sold via Ticketstoday and does not replace your existing package.

Can I convert my Red Rocks Travel Package into a 2-Night Travel Package?

No. 2-Night Travel Packages are separate products sold via Tixr and cannot be retroactively converted.

Is the price listed per person or per package?

The website displays both per-person pricing (based on double occupancy) and the total package price prior to taxes and fees.

Is there an age restriction for Travel Packages?

Yes. The lead purchaser must be 21+ to check in at the hotel.

Is there a payment plan?

Payment plan availability depends on the platform used at purchase. If offered, payment plans must be selected during checkout and cannot be added later.

Can I update my payment method or complete payment early?

Payment changes must be handled directly through the ticketing platform used at purchase.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Missed payment procedures are governed by the ticketing provider. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation per that platform’s terms.

How will I know where my seats are?

For Premium Reserved tickets, seat numbers are displayed at checkout. Fiddler’s Green tickets in Travel Packages are GA Pit only.

How does shuttle transportation work?

Daily roundtrip shuttle transportation is included for both shows within 2-Night Travel Packages. Details will be emailed 5–7 days prior.

HOTEL INFORMATION

What time is check-in and check-out?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy listed below. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your room is ready.

What parking is available at the hotels?

Hotel parking policies and rates are governed by each property.

How far are the hotels from the venues?

Distance to Red Rocks:

  • Approximately 15 miles (20 minutes without traffic)

Distance to Fiddler’s Green:

  • Approximately 12–14 miles (25–30 minutes depending on traffic)

Will there be an incidental hold?

Guests must provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary by property.

I contacted the hotel and they do not see my reservation yet. Why?

Rooming lists are provided to hotels approximately 2–3 weeks prior to arrival. Your reservation is confirmed with 100x.

Can I book additional nights?

If you would like to stay longer than your hotel travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can reach out to us HERE with the below information to request to connect the reservations.
